“I believe that we all have an inherent ability within us to support and heal ourselves, and together, grow and live a life of freedom, happiness and peace. As someone who lives daily with experiencing mental & emotional distress, I use a combination of treatment from general medicine, psychiatry and the eastern practices of yoga and meditation to manage my mental health. I believe in a holistic approach to physical and mental wellness and his goal is to help others alleviate any suffering through his yoga teachings.”
Denis Jackson Wade has been practising yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2012.
